Pre-order terms

Preorder items must be purchased in a separate order from in-stock items. If your cart contains a preorder item, please check out before adding in-stock items, or place a second order for them. Preorder items allow you to reserve your piece ahead of its official release. Estimated ship dates are provided when placing order and may change due to production or shipping delays. Payment is charged in full at time of purchase. As with all sales, preorders are final — no refunds or exchanges.

Shipping

Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. All packages include a tracking number. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with shipping details and your tracking number, which you can use to check your order’s estimated arrival. All orders ship from the United States.

Return policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Pricing & sales tax

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and American Express. Only one payment method may be used per order.
